HOW I WORK
More sales don’t automatically mean more growth.
A founder once told me she needed more sales to grow. Maybe. But more sales without the right backend can simply mean more enquiries, more people to manage, more follow-ups to chase, and more pressure on you.
Growth needs a system that can hold it.
The right people. Clear processes. Clear ownership. Simple tools that work together.
That is what I build.
I work like a team member, not a consultant. I take on two founders at a time, as a freelancer under OpsOrder — not an agency. I work alongside you and your team, inside the business, building the backend with you.

How it works
01 — Map the work
We start by understanding how work actually happens. Where enquiries come from. How the service gets delivered. Where things get stuck. What still runs through you. If it isn't clear, it can't be delegated.
02 — Structure the team
Once the work is clear, we define who owns what — not just designations, responsibilities. Sometimes the answer isn't another hire. It's a better structure for the team you already have.
03 — Hire where there is a real gap
If you genuinely need someone new, we define the role properly: what they'll own, what skills they need, where to find them, how to assess them. No panic hiring.
04 — Build ownership
People shouldn't just receive tasks — they should know what they own, what progress looks like, and what they're accountable for. Your team moves the work forward. You stop being the reminder-in-chief.
05 — Make the money visible
Operations and money are connected. We put simple tracking around receivables, payables, invoices, bills and budgets — and find where money is leaking. The goal is visibility, not complicated accounting.
06 — Keep the business connected
I look at five things together:
Sales · Finance · People · Process · Founder’s Time
Fix one while ignoring the others, and the problem just moves elsewhere. The goal is a business where all five work together — and you can see and control how.
WHAT YOU END UP WITH
Clear ownership — you know what belongs with you and what belongs with the team
A visible backend — you can see what's happening without being involved in everything
A team that owns outcomes, not just tasks
Less dependence on you — you stay in control of the business; the business stops depending on you to run every part of it
