Backend support for PAN-India marketing / product team. Largely coordination and admin

Operations Management for an Ayurvedic Clinic
Built the entire backend — hiring, team, sales ownership — where there had been nothing for two years. I joined on zero fixed salary, built it, and removed myself.

Same work, for founder-led businesses who are stuck being the business.
How I work now
I work with 2 founders at a time. Slow + deep. I build structure + a small team that can own, then I exit. You don’t stay dependent on me.
